Returns Policy

Lord Wholesale Co is strictly a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler, supplying registered retail and trade customers. We do not sell directly to the general public.

As our sales are made on a business-to-business basis, consumer cancellation and change-of-mind rights do not apply to purchases made from Lord Wholesale Co.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive goods which are faulty, damaged or have been supplied incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can investigate the issue and advise you of the appropriate return procedure.

Please do not return goods without contacting us first.

Where we accept that an item is faulty, damaged or has been supplied incorrectly, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, credit or refund depending on the circumstances and stock availability.

Reporting Shortages

Any shortage or discrepancy in your delivery must be reported to Lord Wholesale Co within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please check your delivery promptly upon receipt and contact us immediately if you believe anything is missing or incorrect.

Returns Time Limit

Any request to return faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods should be made within 7 days of delivery.

This notification period does not affect any rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted in a business-to-business contract.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorisation from Lord Wholesale Co.

Change of Mind & Unwanted Goods

As Lord Wholesale Co sells exclusively to businesses and trade customers, we do not offer a general change-of-mind return or cancellation right.

If you have ordered the wrong product, size, colour or quantity, please contact us. Any decision to accept unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods is entirely at the discretion of Lord Wholesale Co and must be agreed before the goods are returned.

Where we agree to accept non-faulty goods back, they must be unused, undamaged, suitable for resale and returned with all original packaging, labels and presentation intact.

Restocking & Handling Charge

Where Lord Wholesale Co agrees, at its discretion, to accept the return of non-faulty goods, a 25% restocking and handling charge may be deducted from any credit or refund due.

This charge does not apply where goods are accepted by us as faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied by Lord Wholesale Co.

Clearance & Sale Items

Clearance, discontinued and sale items are non-returnable unless they are faulty, damaged or have been incorrectly supplied.

Where an item is being sold as clearance because of a known fault, defect or condition which has been clearly described before purchase, a return cannot be made solely because of that disclosed issue.

Return Postage & Delivery Charges

For non-faulty goods which we have agreed to accept back, the purchaser is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the goods to Lord Wholesale Co.

Original delivery or carriage charges paid when placing your order are not refundable, and we do not refund the cost of returning non-faulty goods to us.

Where goods are confirmed by us as faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before returning them. We will advise you of the appropriate return method and, where applicable, arrange or authorise the return.

Returning Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you wish to return a faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied item, please contact Lord Wholesale Co before sending the goods back.

Where appropriate, we may provide a prepaid return label or arrange another suitable method of return. Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely and follow the return instructions provided by our team.

Goods should not be returned using an alternative paid service without our prior agreement, as unauthorised return postage costs may not be reimbursed.

International Returns

Customers outside the UK must contact Lord Wholesale Co before returning any goods from overseas. Please do not send an international return without first receiving return instructions from us.

Unless goods are confirmed as faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied by Lord Wholesale Co, all costs associated with returning goods to the UK are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Original international delivery charges and the cost of returning non-faulty goods to Lord Wholesale Co are not refundable.

Any customs duties, import taxes, export charges, clearance fees, brokerage charges or other charges arising in connection with an international return are also the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise agreed by Lord Wholesale Co in writing.

Goods must not be returned in a way that results in customs duties, import VAT, clearance charges or other fees being charged to Lord Wholesale Co without our prior agreement. If charges arise because the customer has not followed the return instructions provided, we reserve the right to deduct those charges from any credit or refund due, where permitted.

Where goods are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us before arranging the return so that we can advise you on the appropriate international return and customs procedure.

International returns may be subject to UK customs formalities when the goods re-enter the United Kingdom. Depending on the circumstances, additional customs documentation may therefore be required.

Further official information is available from GOV.UK – Returning goods to the UK .

Condition of Returned Goods

Unless the return relates to a fault or damage, goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were supplied.

Products, packaging, labels and other presentation materials must be complete and undamaged so that the goods remain suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a credit for non-faulty goods returned in a condition which makes them unsuitable for resale.

Inspection of Returned Goods

All returned goods will be inspected when they are received by Lord Wholesale Co.

We are unable to provide a refund or credit for goods claimed to be faulty where, following inspection, we reasonably determine that the goods are not faulty or that the damage has been caused by misuse, improper handling, alteration or deliberate damage.

Refunds & Credits

Once an authorised return has been received and inspected, any refund or credit due will normally be processed within 5 working days.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method where appropriate.

Any applicable deductions, including an agreed restocking charge or charges arising from an unauthorised international return, will be taken into account before the final credit or refund is issued.
