Minimum Order
Our minimum order value is £100.00.
All prices shown on our website are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are additional and will be calculated as described in our Delivery section.
Placing Your Order
Simply add the products and quantities you require to your basket and proceed through our secure checkout.
During checkout, you can:
- Select your preferred payment method
- Choose from the available delivery options
- Add any special instructions or comments relating to your order in the Instructions/Comments box on the shipping page
Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
How to Pay
We offer several convenient ways to pay for your order:

- Cash, for orders being collected from our premises
We accept cards from most major banks and card providers through our secure online payment system.
Card Payments & Stock Shortages
When you pay by card online, the payment amount is initially authorised and held by your bank while our warehouse team picks and checks your order.
If your complete order is available, the appropriate order total will be processed.
If there are any stock shortages while your order is being picked, the payment amount will be reduced accordingly before the final amount is taken, so you will only pay for the goods we are able to supply.
