Delivery Information
We aim to make delivery as straightforward and economical as possible, while ensuring your order reaches you safely and efficiently.
Minimum Order
Please note that our minimum order value is £100.00.
Before goods can be despatched, cleared funds must be in place and stock availability confirmed.
UK Mainland Delivery Charges
Our standard delivery rates apply to mainland UK only.
Carriage is charged at:
- £7.95 for the first 10kg
- 35p per kg thereafter
Charging by weight allows us to offer a more economical delivery service and helps keep our prices down as low as possible.
We always aim to keep your delivery costs to a minimum.
Delivery Outside Mainland UK
Different delivery rates apply to UK islands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and destinations throughout Europe and worldwide.
Please contact us for current carriage rates to these destinations.
Please note that payments made by BACS from outside the UK will incur a £6.00 bank charge, which will be added to your invoice.
Order Processing & Despatch
Once stock availability has been confirmed and payment requirements have been completed, your order will be prepared for despatch.
Orders placed before 11:00am can usually be despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability, cleared payment and warehouse capacity.
Orders are sent using our bar-coded and tracked delivery service.
Next Working Day Delivery
For mainland UK orders, we use a next working day delivery service wherever possible.
Delivery can take place at any time between 8:00am and 9:00pm.
If you provide us with your mobile telephone number and email address, our courier may send you a text message with an estimated delivery time.
Please note that deliveries to destinations outside mainland UK are not included within our next working day delivery service and may take longer.
Important Delivery Information
Although we use a next working day delivery service for qualifying mainland UK orders, next working day delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Occasionally, circumstances outside our control may result in a courier delay. Lord Wholesale Co cannot issue a refund of delivery charges solely because an order arrives later than the expected next working day.
