Delivery

Please note there is a minimum spend of £100.00 per order.

Before goods are despatched, cleared funds must be in place.

We accept payments from most major banks and credit card providers through the secure payment gateway on our website. Alternatively, customers may choose to pay by bank transfer or upon collection of their order. During checkout, you will be able to select your preferred payment method, choose your delivery courier, and add any special instructions or comments relating to your order.

Carriage is charged at £7.95 for the first 10 kgs then 35p per kg thereafter.  This is for mainland UK only and is the most economical way to send goods rather than charge per carton.

We always ensure your delivery charge is kept to a minimum.

Delivery at our standard rate is to mainland UK only.

The Islands, Northern Scotland, Ireland and the rest of Europe are charged at a different rate.

Please call for rates of carriage to other destinations.

Please note payments made by BACS from outside the UK will incur a £6.00 bank charge which will be added to your invoice.

You will not be invoiced and payment will not be taken until stock availability is confirmed.

Once you are happy with your order details and funds have been cleared your order will be despatched to you via our bar-coded and tracked next day delivery service*.

Delivery can take place any time between 8am and 6pm. If you leave your mobile telephone number with us, you will receive a text with an estimated time of delivery.

Please note that orders must be placed before 11 a.m. to guarantee that your goods are despatched on the same day.

Deliveries to destinations outside mainland UK are not included as part of our next day delivery service.

*Please note our next day delivery service is not guaranteed and refunds cannot be issued if goods are not received the next working day or later.
